Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the Budapest six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
